Mr. Dow is a highly sought after human resources executive with a reputation for transforming organizational culture, and maximizing the efficiency of their workforce. He is also Chief Executive of ARTICULATE U a company focused on getting America back to work. Kwame has worked with DreamWorks, NBCU, City of Los Angeles, METRO, LAUSD, State of California, and many more.
Kwame is a graduate of Lincoln University, Pennsylvania where he met his wife of 18 years Nicole. Together they have an amazing 12 year old daughter Jazz. Kwame’s personal philosophy is: “In everything you do, you have to first be of service.”
